I'm Home - Finally

These pictures were taken 39,000 miles above the ground. The ride was so smooth compared to what those clouds look like it should be. 

But even though the plane was delayed 2 1/2 hours because of storms in Dallas and all the time, I thought it was because of the storms in Denver.

Thank you Dallas for the wonderful relaxing stay at the Salt Lake City Airport. 

Well more importantly, the RETIRED LIST COMES OUT TOMORROW. I'll get it to everybody as soon as I can

On Stage 2016

I promise everybody come Monday at 1:00 P.M. I will be able to share the New and Exciting (drum roll place) In-Colors for 2016-2018. They are so beautiful and I'd like to say these Tulips give you a hint, but they don't, they are just beautiful Tulips.

You are all going to be amazed at what Stampin' Up! is doing. Oh My Gosh I can't wait.

I also wanted you to all know that I am going to hold a Kit Class. The cost will be based on the price of the kit and believe me Stampin' Up! has some wonderful new Kits, but they also have one available now that is the Watercolor Wishes Card Kit that is on page 8 of the new catalog.....oh wait, I can't say that, but it's in the Old Catalog and I will be doing a class with that kit hopefully before April is over.

More details to come.

Well I hope to post some more cards tonight, but need to download them from my phone. Have a good evening and for my friends and family in Colorado......STAY HOME AND STAY SAFE. I have heard church is cancelled tomorrow, so sit back, look at your Stampin' Up! Catalog and dream of the new 2016-2017 Catalog....You can reach for the stars while you're dreaming and so many of the new products will touch your heart.

Retired In-Colors 2016

My Goodness

 These In-Colors were so beautiful that I can't imagine they have been with us for only 2 short years and now they are gonna be gone. I know most of you LOVE Lost Lagoon and Blackberry Bliss because they were my favorite, so if you don't have them, get them now because once they sell out, they are gone.

Also, It's Almost Time for the RETIRING LIST of Stampin' Up! products:

On Stage (formerly Convention) Started Tuesday for me)

This was the view from high in the sky. It was so beautiful with the white billowy clouds and the snow capped mountains. It was truly a beautiful way to start my trip. 

Tuesday afternoon after being seated at the airport and on the plane, it was so nice to get out and walk, and walk and walk. The two pictures above were some of the sites I got to see.  I usually come to Salt Lake in July, and these trees are  not ad unique then. 

And also since it's April and NOT July, I am freezing my bottom off. It's rainy and a damp cold right now. Thank goodness I walked so much yesterday, 6.32 miles, because the weather is a little crazy today and I only got 4.62 miles so far today and since it's 7:26 p.m. and I'm in my pajamas, I don't see that number getting any bigger. But I did look really cute walking downtown Salt Lake with my Lime Green Umbrella with my Stampin' Up! Logo. People saw me coming from miles around, a safe way to travel. 

Well folks I don't have any cards to post today, but should have some swaps I can share tomorrow.

Friends - Oldie But Goodie

We did this card in class some time ago. but I wanted to share it again. It's really super easy and super cute. 

All you need to do is stamp the image on Whisper White card stock and then add velum on top. Softens the image. The DSP on the right will be retiring soon, so get it before May 31st.

Happy Retirement

I made 25 of thee little tags for a retirement party for our Chair Yoga Instructor. 

It's really as simple as it looks.

This mostly is a sample, be creative and see what you can do.

I usued Itty Bitty Saying Stamp set for theh wording and flower die cuts.

Project Life Corner Rounder - #135343

Instuctions:

Cut a piece of whisper white card stock 3 1/4" x 4 3/4" attach a piece of washi tape from the It's My Party Designer Washi Tape pack and stamp the wording with Basic Black ink at the bottom of the white card stock, then adhere to the base of the card using dimensionals. Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper from the It's My Party Designer Series Paper Pack  3" x 3 1/4" round the corners using the Project Life Corner Rounder and adhere to the Whisper White Card Stock with Dimensionals also, on a piece of Whisper White 2 1/2" x 3" stamp the Lion image or any other animal image from the Playful Pals stamp set and also round the corners using the Project Life Corner Rounder.  Using the Pyramid Pals Thinlits Dies, cut our the main for the Lion and attach around the lion face with dimensionals, then adhere to the Designer Series Paper. 

Isn't that the cutest card we've made in a long time.
